 Safety Manuals & Program Development

Every company needs a strong foundation for workplace safety—and that starts with a well-crafted safety manual. At DCS, we develop customized safety manuals tailored to your business operations, hazards, and regulatory requirements. Whether you need a brand-new manual or updates to keep your existing policies current, we ensure your documentation meets OSHA standards while remaining practical and easy to implement.

Our review process goes beyond compliance—we evaluate your existing manuals, programs, and procedures to identify gaps, reduce liability, and improve clarity. This provides leadership and employees with a clear, reliable resource to follow, helping to build a safer workplace culture.

What’s included:

  • Development of company-specific safety manuals

  • Review and updates of existing manuals

  • Alignment with OSHA standards and industry best practices

  • Recommendations for improvements and compliance gaps

With DCS, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your safety documentation is not only compliant but also a useful tool that works in real-world jobsite conditions.

Job Site Inspections

Proactive safety management starts on the job site. DCS provides comprehensive safety inspections designed to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and promote a safer work environment for your team. Our consultants walk your job site with a trained eye, evaluating both regulatory requirements and practical day-to-day operations.

We don’t just point out problems—we provide clear recommendations and corrective actions that are realistic and achievable. Each inspection is documented in a detailed report so leadership can take immediate steps to improve safety and reduce risk.

What’s included:

  • Thorough walkthrough of active job sites

  • Identification of potential hazards and OSHA compliance issues

  • Detailed inspection reports with photos and corrective recommendations

  • Follow-up support to help resolve deficiencies

With regular inspections from DCS, you can stay ahead of compliance concerns, lower the risk of incidents, and demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety.

OSHA Abatement & Compliance Support

Navigating OSHA citations and compliance requirements can be overwhelming for any business. DCS provides expert support to help you respond effectively, correct issues, and prevent future violations. Our consultants work directly with your team to develop abatement strategies that not only satisfy OSHA requirements but also strengthen your overall safety program.

We take a hands-on approach—guiding you through the citation response process, creating corrective action plans, and providing the documentation OSHA expects to see. Beyond abatement, we focus on building long-term compliance solutions that reduce risk, limit liability, and protect your workforce.

What’s included:

  • Guidance in responding to OSHA citations and inspections

  • Development of abatement plans with corrective actions

  • Assistance with required documentation and follow-up reporting

  • Ongoing compliance support to prevent repeat violations

With DCS on your side, you can move from reactive compliance to proactive safety management—protecting both your people and your business.
